NAN reports that the magistrate of police, Shaba Alkali, made the declaration on Wednesday in Jalingo at a question and answer session. He said the two men had been given over to the military in Yobe state. "We have captured two affirmed Boko Haram commandants in Gassol and Bali Local Government Areas of the state.
